Build Emotional Strength - We will work together to make sure you are developing your emotional resilience through careful attention to your fundamentals (diet, exercise, sleep, relationships). We will also build your capacity and skills to regulate your emotions using cognitive, emotional, and behavioral techniques.
Practice Self Compassion - Together we will increase the level of compassion that you feel towards yourself so that you can move flexibly through life's adversities without self blame, doubt, or rigidity.
Process Negative Emotions - You will learn how to process your emotions with the capacities that you have build in a way that is effective, efficient, and healthy. In doing so, you will feel less anger, resentment, guilt, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, fear, and aloneness.
Make Better Decisions - Once you have built your capacities for strength and flexibility and have begun to process your emotions in a healthy way, you will be able to make decisions in your life and relationships that are more aligned with your values. You will begin to make changes that create the life that you want.
